In the ordinary application process, the embroidery machine occasionally presents the problem that the thread trimming line and the bottom thread are short.
The trimming line is short, and the length of the upper thread has a large relationship with the conditioning of the thread, including the tension of the thread take-up spring. The tighter the line, the greater the tension of the wire spring and the shorter the thread trimming line. Therefore, the environment with a short surface can be adjusted by the following methods.
1. Stop adjusting the line and take-up spring. If it is too tight, adjust it properly.
2. Stop the conditioning of the height of the buckle fork, and slightly increase the height to make the upper thread longer.
3. Stop the conditioning of some parameters of the embroidery machine, and properly increase the angle of the opening and the angle of the knife to make the upper thread longer.
4. Adjust the height of the buckle fork, and the high adjustment will make the upper thread longer.
The short line of the trimming line can be stopped and repaired from the following aspects.
1. Stop the introspection of the depth of the knives. The shallower the depth of the knives, the shorter the bottom line.
2. The environment of the buckle fork, if it is too tight, it can be adjusted to be able to use the bottom line.
